Chia-Chen Liang received her Master of Music in piano performance from National Chiao Tung University, studying with Hsing-Chwen Giselle Hsin (the Silver Medalist of the Mozart Bicentenary Piano Competition of Asia). She obtained her Bachelor of Music in piano performance at Soochow University, studying with Tsung, Pei-Tee.
While studying at National Chiao Tung University, she received individual guidance from Pi-Hsien Chen every year and was highly praised. She also received individual guidance from master classes of Ruth Slenczynska, Meng-Chieh Liu, Ju-Ying Song and Norma Fisher. In 2005, she participated in the London Master Classes organized by the Royal Academy of Music and was selected to perform the piano solo at the Duke’s Hall.
After graduation, she devoted herself to piano teaching. She was also be invited to be the judge of piano competitions and entrance exams of music classes in several counties. She is currently a lecturer in piano class of music program at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
