Semester Assignments, Examinations, and Assessment

1. Attendance is required at every Colloquium. Students who need to take leave do not need to complete a make-up viewing for the first absence. For the second absence, students must complete the make-up viewing at the time announced by the teaching assistant and submit a reflection report of at least 800 Chinese characters. The report will be reviewed and evaluated after discussion at the Institute Affairs Meeting. Students who take leave three times or more will be considered to have failed the course for that semester.
2. Make-up audiovisual recordings will be played together during the Colloquium period at the end of the semester. Students who are absent, do not watch the audiovisual recording, or fail to submit the reflection report will be considered to have failed the course. Students are responsible for fulfilling these requirements.
3. Two to three students will be assigned as questioners for each Colloquium. Please pay attention to the assignment.
4. Food and drinks are prohibited in the Colloquium Space. Food may be placed on the long table outside the classroom. Please remember to take it with you when you leave.
5. The use of electronic devices is prohibited during class.
6. Please return your chair to its original position before leaving.
