Music is Number Made Audible

Professor Hans W. Koch from the Academy of Media Arts Cologne in Germany will discuss the relationship between number and music at this music forum. He will analyze the various roles that number plays in music within the context of the development of Western music history, and how it interacts with various fields of art in contemporary sound art to create diverse new forms.
